Paper Bouquet accommodates your full schedule by offering consultations on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You can relax knowing that MT is always at your disposal, even after business hours!
If ordering invitations for my wedding, what do I need?
At a minimum, you will need invitations and some personalized stationery for thank you notes. You may also order reception cards, reply cards, map/direction cards, programs, napkins, placecards, favors or other accessories such as a bridal memory book, ring pillow or unity candle.
How will I know how to word my invitations?
Personal service makes a difference! We will help you find the proper wording for your situation, especially addressing special circumstances like divorced parents, single-parents, step-parents, bride and groom paying for their own wedding, etc.
When should I order my invitations?
Sometime in the four to six month period before your wedding is the best time to order your invitations. Paper Bouquet can have invitations printed for you within one week if need be, but it is best to allow at least four weeks for the entire process of choosing, wording, proofing, printing, and shipping your order. You will also want to leave adequate time to address your invitations. Consider sending save the date cards six to twelve months prior if you wish to notify guests more than two months in advance, especially if you have guests coming out-of-town.
When should I send out my invitations?
Plan to mail your invitations six to eight weeks prior to the wedding. Remember, you will need to get them back in advance so you can start labeling place cards, make final headcounts, etc. Ask for RSVP date three weeks before your wedding, if you send them on time. At a minimum, send them out six weeks in advance, and set an RSVP date of two weeks before the wedding.
